1. Where can I exchange securely?

   Online banking or cash deposit via our affiliated banks namely BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Sterling, Eastwest and RCBC bank

2. Do you have a minimum or maximum amount I can exchange?

   Moolah has no maximum amount you can exchange, however there is a minimum of 1,000 USD to avail the service. For exchanging larger sums (10,000 USD and above) we will give you a premier exchange rate.

3. How is exchanging money with Moolah different from a money changer or a bank?

   Moolah is a licensed money changer and remittance specialist that results in lower cost, therefore better exchange rates.

4. How can I pay for my transaction?

   a. Cash deposit to our account – selected bank branches only

   b. Account to account transfer is preferred

   c. Online fund transfer via internet banking to our account is also preferred, it is both as easy and convenient. To make payment even easier, we recommend you set Moolah up as a beneficiary account in your internet banking page.

5. What are your banking details?

   When you make a transaction with us you will be emailed or texted via SMS the settlement instructions which include all of our clearing bank details in your country.

6. How does Moolah offer exchange rates?

   Moolah rates are based on real-time world currency, which are updated daily. We consistently offer a much competitive rate than your local money changer and your local bank.

Saturday between 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
